Anyone can let me know, is this XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 provided on softpedia.com OFFLINE INSTALLER or I need Internet Connection?

I think it is since it is the same size as the link from microsoft page.
And also by checking size of download and size after installation I’m sure it is offline installer.
6.7MB before installation vs 8,03MB after installation…..
Why don’t you try it since the file size is small.
