Xbox Flash Quistions

Just recently got a new xbox so I was thinking of flashing my old one.
Just wondering what would happen if I got banned would my console work would I lose my profile?
i wouldnt have the flashed xbox conected to xbox live.
Do you guys think its worth flashing?

If your flashed Xbox wasn’t connected to XBL, how could it possibly get banned?
Really I wouldnt be able to get banned?
Would I have to get updates or anything?
If your console is not connected to the internet, it can’t get banned. It can get flagged, meaning when it connects to the internet it will get banned. But no banning will happen if you’re not connected to the internet.
And yes you can still play games when your console is banned, but you wont be able to install future dashboard updates.
