WordPress nd free hosting?

I need some help here, i know how to install wordpress nd modify the deisgn of an template, but need a stable free hosting for it, anyone with some tips?

Last one provides 10gb of space.

@ do i ave to look at something when i upload a template e.g. worpdress? i mean i don t want to recive a warning or something else.
