I have a 4GB memory stick but that is far by what i need to backup also redownloading photoshop etc. but since i have rapidshare acc(i think its not expired) it shouldn’t be problem?
When installing win7, dont do a custom install, make sure you go with Upgrade.
Or you can just make another partition from your hard drive and store all your important documents and etc. there. Up to you mate.
Well seeming as you have low space I would go for an upgrade yet it will be slow and the end product isn’t as nice as a new install.
You guys suggest i should do a fresh install?
yup suggest your fresh install since you wana upgrade to windows 7.. so your file in your pc have to move some where before fresh install windows 7
When installing win7 choose upgrade, it will keep all your files and programs etcc but remove vista and install 7. Takes a little longer than normal install, but less hassle.

correct (+more hassle after migration-.-)
either choose the option reaper suggested or skip this step and pick the other option (install)
- first "shrink" (or better: re-partition) your vista partition with paragon or sth similar (5gb will be enough to test the whole thing first)
- insert win7 dvd
- choose install
- checkmark "advanced mode" (which will appear in the format/partition dialog box)
- select your "shrinked" partition & install win7 there
after you have successfully installed windows you will now see that you have two options while booting:
windows 7 & windows vista whereby you can browse each partitions content once you login to windows
