Windows Vista Sp2 activation problem

Guys i have recently installed sp2 over vista sp1 and i cant find a proper activation tool.The vista loader 4.1 is not activating.The tool vista development activation is also not working.i have 2 more days left..help..my vista is ultimate 64bit
