Windows fax

hello i use in fax on windows xp sp3 evrytime i get a fax the computer is answer the call and the program say error and i cannot get the fax every fax is that this is passeble antivirus or firewall block the fax ??? thanks

It would be helpful posting the error as edwoodweb asked.
Try BVRP PhoneTools, that’s pretty decent software for sending/receiving faxes via v92 data/fax/voice modem.
