Windows Error. Help Required!

now, the problem is that i cannot boot the CD neither can i boot the USB
when i try to boot from usb it says: ‘boot0:testing | boot0: error’
I am helpless, please help

Why can you not boot from CD/DVD?
Do you have a working CD/DVD drive?
That would be the easiest way to fix this…
Have you checked the boot priority settings in the BIOS?
I am getting the error 'Error loading Operating System'
and you had no CD/DVD or USB inserted the 1st time you got this
that can confuse the boot sequence sometimes
sounds like you may have a bad hard drive
can you disconnect the hard drive and try booting from the CD/DVD or USB ?
the CD/DVD or USB boot on another PC or you have boot them previously ?
use option in bios to boot from cd and create recovery disc !!!
rest the bios. inside your motherboard there is a jumper from that you can rest the bios. try it i think it will work
