Windows Blinds

January 26th, 2020

I am a big fan of “The Outer Limits” series, and while searching anything connected to that series,I have found The Outer Limits Windows Blinds skin here on .org.
Also, I have downloaded Windows Blinds New Version from this topic… http://www.google.com?t=1091550&highlight=
Finally,I have installed Windows Blinds, added The Outer Limits skin and…problems occurred! Firstly,I realized that it’s not a full, but shareware version of Windows Blinds.
Secondly,I didn’t liked The Outer Limits skin very much…
And,now…the real problems…
When I tried to switch back to standard Windows XP skin,I always get Windows Classical/98 skin.
I was so frustrated that I decided to uninstall Windows Blinds.
What the hell is that? Why I can’t have Windows XP skin back?
Than,in the same topic on the bottom of the page 27 one user has wrote exactly this: Umm… This is just a trial version that lasts 30 days so how do u get the full version. And when I put in the new SID code my computer files got erased and another profile appeared called “ASP.NET Machine Account” and I cant even log into it b/c it has a password that I did not set!!! WTF is goin on?!
After I’ve read that,I became totally insane! Does that mean that I can’t install it again?
Because if I do,when I put that SID code again, my files will be erased?

Also,I heard that Windows Blinds can damage Windows…now, despite I have uninstall it, I have a feeling that it’s still somewhere in my PC like a virus.
What should I do to get rid of it completely from my PC (Maybe it’s deleted completely, but I’m not sure), so I can download a full version or something similar to Windows Blinds?

PLEASE HELP ME! Thank you in advance!
P.S. Why there’s no “URL” option on the forum?

I think you may have downloaded one with a virus. Windows blinds doesn’t damage your computer. I’ve installed and uninstalled several different versions, and my computer is fine (none of the cracks worked, so I gave up).
If I was you, I would back up your files (before they possibly get deleted), and do a full system scan with your virus software. If you don’t have any virus software, get one (pay for it). You should especially get virus software since you are downloading stuff, and directly exposing yourself to potential viruses. You should be careful about what you download, having the software doesn’t make you invincible.
You can install it again, try downloading another one (scan it for viruses first)
Good luck
