windows 8 MTP driver

Does anyone have a soloution to the MTP driver refusing to install on Windows 8 have tried a few fixes nothing seems to work.

Developers of drivers and software for some idiotic reason feel the need to add limitations to their installer so the installation fails on newer versions of windows.
You need to bypass the installer and install the driver (.inf .sys) manually. Try universal extractor or looking in the temp directory when it refuses to install.

managed to get it working one of the updates i did must have fixed it
