Windows 7 – restart help!

I’m requesting a little help on how to completely remove everything on pc and reinstall a “genuine” version of windows. I’ve tried looking for some windows 7 downloads on this website but every time i try to instal it, after a couple updates my windows requests a genuine version or update. Im a little confused, would like some help on this or a link witha working windows 7.
