Windows 7 could not activate?

So I get the message “Windows could not activate” in the bubble when it tries to update… I am installing some updates right now but I’m not sure if I’m getting them all. So I don’t know what to do, I have Windows 7 Enterprise that my friend gave me and he said he that it works for him for already 3months. I keep getting this message already for few days Did this happen to anyone else? I would google or find on the forum some solution but usually when I do that it doesn’t work for me and I sometimes mess up when doing so

use a WAT remover and then after it go for an OEM crack

KMS activation only works with the enterprise edition!
