Win 10 Problems

Hi guys,
yesterday my PC crashed, said there was no OS. I don’t know what I did wrong, but Win 10 recovery options don’t include CMD options, so any advanced troubleshooting didn’t work. Also the Win 10 install usb didn’t load with options to reformat, simply to try system “repair”. No luck there. nvm, it finally booted and i did a system reset. now, my Win 10 refuses to activate (error 0xC004F012) and seems unable to update (updates always fail). I have a legit Windows because I upgraded from a legit Win 7 Pro. I know I can use KMS activation if all else fails, but since my Windows is legit, I would rather not. sorry for being so long winded, but any ideas?
I am running Windows 10 Pro (x64) build 1511.

I presume your hard drive has crashed.. Wait for another user to state a good option to check it, but good news is, the key to win 10 is linked to your motherboard, not the hard disk, so replacing it is reasonably cheap.. These sort of problems always need problem shooting, so may be wrong, but a decent guess… If I was you id update any info you need and can update asap…

The HD seems ok, i think. the problem is activation and updates. No idea why i cannot activate or update. Is there a limited number of activations per device?

Try doing a Windows 10 repair install..It fixed up some nasty things for me.
