Few PC problems

November 24th, 2013

So, i just have FEW Major problem (i think) with my PC.
All problems are after i Turn ON my PC.
1st.
After ~2 min – my keyboard and mouse just shut down – then i force PC shut down holding power button……then there is no problem – i just choose Start Windows Normally
2nd.
My PC restart itself – then after restart i just choose Start Windows Normally
3rd.
My PC restart itself – but problem is……Monitor message – ENTERING SLEEP MODE – THIS IS OK….
PROBLEM IS THAT THE PC doesn’t want to turn ON – Power light just doing this – on off, on off, on off – then i somehow force PC shut down holding power button.
4th.
Today my dear old friend – BSOD – Problem was that HE didn’t restart my PC – he froze on Blue Screen – how is this even possible
And there was no error data – there was only this message at the end of screen
COLLECTING DATA FOR CRASH DUMP – but he froze and no error data collected – force shut down again.
This happens for last few days and i am little because there will be again the same problem tomorrow when i Turn ON my precious PC – i hope he will not drop dead especially while writing this for you.
Appreciate all you help, and of course program recommendations to see what is wrong.

For now there is no problem, as you can see this Help-desk Topic made for You to help me – i hope.
Sorry about English – it is foreign language for me.
Thank You.

A few recommendation:
1. Update BIOS
2. Reformat
3. Clean fan and check that the PCI and all cables are plugged in properly.
If above methods won’t work, then it should be your hardware problem.

go to the motherboard website and find the bios update the the put it on a usb or cd then restart the pc then press f12 for boot section it wll bring the driver that you have the update in
but before you update the bios check if it’s need to updated first if it says it recommended then update it and when you do update it DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR PC if you do then you will have a lot of problems
here is some links that might help you to update your bios

AS I SAID YESTERDAY THAT I WILL TOMORROW HAVE AGAIN SOME PROBLEM…AND OF COURSE THERE WAS AGAIN SOME PROBLEM.
THIS TIME MOUSE AND KEYBOARD WAS OFF WHEN PC TURNED ON….THEN I FORCED SHUT DOWN – AFTER I PRESSED POWER BUTTON LIGHTS ON MOTHERBOARD – THEY WERE JUST DOING FEW TIMES ON-OFF THEN PC START UP, MOUSE AND KEYBOARD ARE OK BUT NOW IS SAY THAT AUDIO SERVICE IS NOT RUNNING BUT I CAN HEAR SOUND WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM…AFTER CLICKING FEW TIMES ON VOLUME CONTROL SIGN (LIKE “x”) JUST DISAPPEAR…..
I HAVE DOWNLOADED BIOS DRIVER BUT DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO……
i have three file:
autoexec.bat
EP31DS32.FDc
FLASHSPI.EXE
If i run bat file it say that is incompatible with 64-bit version of windows….something like that….
If i run exe similar message…but to check do i need X86 or X64 version of program
ONLY WEIRDEST THING IS THAT AFTER I TURN ON PC COUPLE OF TIMES BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS – REST OFF DAY IS FREE OF ANY PROBLEM.
AND IT LOOKS LIKE IF PC IS TURNED OFF FOR A WHILE THEN AGAIN WHEN I WANT TO TURN HIM ON, AGAIN I HAVE PROBLEMS.
MAYBE IS THE BEST TO TRY WITH CLEAN INSTALL OF WINDOWS.
