Wii Backup Game Problem

hey guys i have a problem i just recently softmodded my wii and when i go to play this game it plays as black and white and the video is as if the wii has a tracking problem the lines go up and down and it appears that possibly its a region problem but im not sure can anyone help me?

Try forcing your region (using whatever USB loader that you are using) to your Wii’s region.

none of the regions work i tried them all the video continues to be jumpy and black and white
EDIT: this is the PAL version of the game

try getting the ntsc version.
