which quick DNS forwarder!

Dear All,
i am looking for a quick DNS Forwarder to load browsing quick on my domain controller, the below are 3 DNS, one Google and one open source and 3 is my ISP,

What exactly are you looking for?
It seems to me you are looking for the fastest dns server for your location? There are tons of apps that will help you determine this.
I use google dns, and with a basic residential broadband connection never have any lookup delays.
