NEED HELP QUICK!

tyring to buy a ps3 with games and stuff from a ad i saw on craiglist so this guy is legit yeh he sent me his amazon receipt of when he bought the console and hes paypal verified but i am not sure a safe way to pay him….he doesnt want to make an ebay acount or something when i sugested it and ebay is the only safe way i know to do online transactions… :s any way i could do this safely? i dont just want to blindly send 200 pounds in paypal to some guy ive never met… even though it seems all good and not a scammer its christmas time and i realy dont want to loose my hard earned cash…

if he doesn’t want to set up one means he is a scammer, all good traders have ebay accounts

the guy is paypal verified and “apparently” i have his adress from his amaozn receipt he emailed me and also he says there is �500 buyer protection if i dont receive the item and i can do a “credit card chargeback”? and get my money back but can i still do that if like i am nmot buying through ebay?

if you are meeting in person have the guy trail you home so you can test it. thats about the only way you could make 100% sure it works before you hand over the dough.
