Which CPU Cooler is better?

Intel 4670K Stock Cooler vs Cooler Master Vortex 211P Should i swap intel stock cooler to cooler master 211p from old computer
or the new intel stock cooler with copper core is better?

Any aftermarket cooler is better than the stock cooler.
The 211p has 2 heat pipes
If you have a bit of change. Go buy a CM Hyper 212 EVO. Cheap and good. Remember to apply good paste.

I’m using a H55 on my 4670k. Noise is a thing of the past.
Try and see what you get.
