Flash is no longer available for android unless you grab the apk package from another site – there are no longer updates; Adobe pulled support. This shouldn’t be a problem as most video sites like youtube have html5 support thus finally putting flash to bed.
Seems what you are looking for are those mini-android pc’s. So far as I know, all of them have issues. The latest (brand-name) one that will be hitting the market is the Dell Ophelia at about $100US. One that has what you want is the MK802 Android 4.0 (22 pounds on Amazon). It comes in a variety of models.

You would want the one that supports xbmc. You can watch anything with xbmc.

OR just connect an extra PC to your TV and install xbmc and not have to buy anything.
