Whats the best way to rip a site?

I want to make a site like http://streamallthis.me/ OR http://noobroom7.com/azlist.php
But it would take a long time to link all the movies/videos myself, Would the best way be to rip one of those sites? If you have a better idea on making steaming sites like this please let me know or please let me know how to rip sites. Thanks!
