which effect are you talking about. are u talking about the words or the actual car engine parts?
i believe those effects are done mostly in after effects and not a 3d max. max is for modeling and animation. after effects is for more compositing. for video tutorials check

i dont understand whats so hard for you to get. its just a basic 3d model, rendered and then composited in after effects. there are many many tutorials on here that will explain how to do much more complex stuff than this in 3ds max and after effects. but you need basic knowledge which im sure you lack off. if your really intrested download the tutorials and learn how modeling, animation works. that whole bit is quite simple

are you ~censored~ ~censored~ or what Im sure there are tutorials but yet you got no clue wtf you are talking about nor do you have any idea what they did. Do you enjoy frustrating people wtf. and since you are so skilled and knowledgeable enlighten us with your great understanding and explain how exactly did they do that

lol. i have obviously have more knowledge than you. but me explaining this to you is like if i asked a nuclear phycisit how to build a nuclear reactor. no matter how many times he explains you will not get what hes talking about because you and i DO NOT POSSES the basic knowledge. you obviously have downloaded 3dsmax and think you can press one button and everything will be fixed. this is not the case and it takes alot of work.
i will explain this in terms of using another 3d package called maya but if you had basic knowledge it would work the same way. i would first model what your looking for. modeling this is quite easy and you can just use cubs to make them look like what you want. once done i would set a time frame and start animation like above. i would tune the animation so its seams natural while still looking professional. then i would render the animation to a composition package and then use a mix of filters and glow effects to do what you showed above.
i can not go into more detail because its impossible to write down every small detail.

lol first of all Im no pro in 3d max but to know the basics, now there is no glow I think this is a direct wire frame animation from 3d max and I need to figure out how to replicate it but thanx for nothing I dont mean to sound like an a hole but you take forever to say nothing
