Not being rude or anything but if you’re worried about getting a virus on Windows with a system that’s not that powerful, use Linux or use your brain and don’t visit dodgy sites.
Check for malware etc before downloading, there’s loads of sites to do this. run in a sandbox etc.
I haven’t used an anti-virus for years. I use an ad blocker with my browser and don’t visit dodgy sites/download dodgy things.
