What is ‘BB’ code?

What is ‘BB’ code, cause i want to make signature and it won’t let me use HTML code, so what is BB code??

Bulletin Board code, what you use for text editing and displaying of images, tags like [img][/img], [*b][*/b],[*i][*/i],[*u][*/u] (Minus the *) etc. are all examples of BBCode.

BBCode is just like a simple version of HTML for forums.
To display an image, use the [img]IMAGE URL HERE[/img] tag.
For instance my sigs code is:
[img]http://imgkk.com/i/kKu4wU.png[/img]
Alyways remember to upload to an image host, dont use the image links from the original sources.
