What editing program can speed up songs?

im looking for an editing program for music so i can speed up songs, anyone know of an easy-to-use-it soft?

Winamp paceMaker plugin can do it on the fly (Realtime) for 2x without change in pitch.
Goldwave can do it too and can even go above 2x and with NO change in pitch.

Cowan Jet Audio can vary speed and pitch seperately as required..
