I have exactly the same specs… And new games (like Deus Ex etc… ) works perfect, no lag, everything on max (high)…

Last games played on my laptop with same config Deus Ex : Human Revolution, GTA IV, Dead Space 2… All on highest settings (max)… Works flawlessly!

GTA IV, not really.
Its crap with any system regardless of patching, terrible port.
You won’t get decent frame rates, as in minimal 60.
I prefer frame rates to be over 100 if you want to really call it running at its highest.
Deus Ex doesn’t require much hardware to run well, its practically a joke on graphics level.
