Webcammax Wont Activate

I cant any verison to activate when I use the patch and everything… if some one could give me a link for a patcher for verison 4.0.8.0 and some detailed instructions that would be great..
I have a patcher that says this:

Also all you need to do is copy the Patcher to the installation0 directory and apply the Patch.
It works just fine for me
