WEB-DL or normal?

January 27th, 2020

As the title says….im not sure which to download, a 1080p WEB-DL or a 720p (scene release I think they’re called)?
I remember making a similar post to this in the past, so stuck with WEB-DL’s but im just thinking the new Walking Dead episode is 720p by 2HD and the size is 2.6GB now the WEB-DL (which is supposed to be from iTunes) is only 1.6GB. I was expecting the WEB-DL to be more closer to the size of the 2HD release. Its a whole gigabyte smaller!
Im watching them on my laptop which means they need to be quite decent so that I dont notice any blurry-ness/pixels. Obviously for some reason a laptop screen (15-17inch) is crapper than a 42inch TV (which is a bit stupid imo) :/
Im not in any hurry to watch the episodes, gonna collect a few and watch them all at once when I have the time. I hate waiting every week for a new episode

Answer #1
stick with WEB-DL, they’re better.
Answer #2
web-dl every day.
Answer #3
it really depends on the actual rip. stick with people who supply good quality.
Answer #4
I find WEB-DL versions to be very good with their quality and if you are talking about Blu-Ray releases that are from 720p sources too then i don’t think you will find a very big difference although they are bigger size than WEB-DL versions.I think the difference will be if the sources for the Blu-Ray versions were 1080p and the WEB-DL were from 720p.
