blocking or reporting that specific mail address wouldnt help since there are hundreds of them for used as an agent of spam.
there should be rules which you can set , an easy method is sending mail directly to spam or deleting it automatically when the mail title have a specific word such as “pharmacy” but note that if you get a legit mail which also has pharmacy in the title , it will be deleted too. try looking common words on the title of mails and create a rule for it. there should be an option for creating rules under the general mail options. even if it doesnt work and you are spammed constantly , only thing you can do is to have a new mail address and not using it on every site to register or not sharing it with many people.

Cant prove it unless you try, but thats what happened to me.. Before I was deleting the emails and getting say 8 spam emails a day, so I think it made a big difference and is very appropriate (identical) of your situation.
