Don’t be silly, it’s not about the spyware or anything of that sort. It simply means, the forum is very busy … lots of members around slowing down the connection. You won’t get that “500” error all the time, it only happens in peak times (the bussiest time).

lol, nothing wrong with you, its an Error 500 – Server Side
i find pressing ctrl + f5 (on firefox at least) helps – cache refresh.

I also that exact error but it is probably just a minor bug that occurs when alot of people are on the server and it becomes stressed because of the large load, it will be fixed some time soon though, so don’t worry dude.
