Want to play assasins creed (1)

i’m thinking of buying assasins creed in a store, but i’m not sure if my computer can handle the game. A friend advised me to go visit this forum and download it here, and when it works, than go buy it. So can anyone give me a good and safe link to download it?

wow , I didn’t find a link from toothless for assassin’s creed 1. So I downloaded the link from . Ok i have to insert a password, than i can choose between 4 links, I choose the first one. Download it, 15 minutes later the download is done and i get a screen with two files to unpack. One is named folder, the other is named assassin’s creed and some other weird symbols. I click on the assassin’s creed link to find out that i need 3.5 terrabyte to download this link ?????? Are you guys serious?

I do,it’s a classic now and price dropped to 15$ as far as I know.

I personally believe that he`ll have to go out and buy it, as judging by his message above yours, he`s not having the best of luck downloading it.
to make this work you need to download all 4 links. parts 1 2 3 and 4. Once you get them all downloaded then right click on part one and tell it to extract. It should give you all the files needed to install the game. And btw all 4 links total to only 2 GB not a terabyte.

a friend told me to install it, but i installed it after downloading the 4 links. Could that be the problem? and i don’t find the links back :/ do you know where i can find them or do I have to download that links again for a third time :/?
Have you used a file manager to download them or your browser?
Have you deleted them?If you think you deleted links then check your recycle bin.

file manager? http://www.winrar.be/nl/download just downloaded it here (recommended 32 bit version) after downloading it said a 64 bit would be better for my pc… but I left it like that.
I don’t deleted them for so far I know, just closed the screens you get after downloading the links. And if I do search on my computer i don’t find them back anywhere :/

How did you download Assasin’s Creed 1’s links?Have you used a file manager such as Flashget or IDM or any other or just your browser(Firefox,Internet Explorer etc.) ? Did you download and install the Winrar x64-64 bit version supported link I gave?
First you need winrar to be installed,then the links for Assasin’s Creed 1 to be located and you need to extract the files.Then we may say next to the part where you will need to install Daemon Tools or any other virtual cd/dvd driver programs.
i didn’t use a file manager, just downloaded them with my browser: internet explorer.
I downloaded Winrar but the 32 bit version from the link above your post. So shall I delete the 32 bit version and download the 64 bit version?. driver programs… will limewire do the job too?
and I actually just wanne know if the game is going to work on my pc or not…

Ok mate,so you probably downloaded your Assassin’s Creed links to your system and more likely to “My Documents” folder.Check if maybe you find it.If you can’t you need to search your hard disks for the files.You can do so by Windows Start Menu-Search and/or if you press the Windows key and “F” key in your keyboard at the same time you may run the search program.
IF there are drivers problems for 32 bit version or the WinRAR itself recommends you to install 64 bit edition,download my file from hotfile and install it.Limewire is gone and don’t have any idea how it is connected with stuff we are doing here.If you meant downloading 64 bit WinRAR from limewire,don’t do that since many files are infected in limewire(also limewire is gone,again)

just the old winrar 32 bit version i just deleted is in there, I guess i just gonna wait that 30 minutes to download the 64 bit version and after that i redownload all the 4 links?

Yes,it seems you shall need to download all 4 links again and extract with installed WinRAR.
ok so gonna put the steps in a row so that I do everything right now.
1.download 64bit version from winrar from hotfiles
2.download the 4 links 1 by 1 (don’t close the screens)
3.if i downloaded them all i just rightclick the first download and choose extract
4.i can play the game
right?

4-You will first need to crack the game(copy the cracked .exe to where the game is installed in your hdd folder and replace with the original .exe)

You will find them all(cracked.exe,original .exe) once you succesfully install the game.But installing game requires you to install Daemon Tools or Alcohol.You have to options to install the game after you download:
1-Burn the game to a DVD.
2-Run the game via Daemon Tools or Alcohol or any other.
