Voice Guidance + GPS for Nokia N95 8GB

Ive got a N95 8GB, i recently updated to Nokia Maps 2.0 using PC Suite.
It all works and i can move around and search for addresses so i am connected to a sattelite SOMEHEREW!
Only thing is, my position is wrong, on my mates phone it follows him where he goes where mine stays stationary??
Also I want to enable voice guidance etc but none of the ones i have found on zbb work?
Anyone have any ideas on ways to get around this or 3rd party applications that have voice guidance and WORK lol
