visual settings plz help

hey every1 i did clean install of windows xp pro sp3 unattended and it installed fine but my visual settings cant change and stays to lowest to 4bit and wont let me change it cus their aint no other color quality bits to change to and my resolution wont change its never done this before can any1 tell me wat i can do to fix this plz i tryed installing windows xp like 20times…will appreciate it if someone could help me…thanx…

well did you install the graphic card drivers? Without them, windows can only display basic stuff or it would crash due to the lack of support from the gpu since there is no proper way to communicate without the drivers

nah i never got disk its plug and play one but ive never had this problem before is their anyway i can download them…ive installed windows tons of times wid no problem like this wat can i do

the drivers for the graphics card dont come with windows, it depends on the make/model of the card. Download GPU-Z and see what graphic card you have. Then we can find the appropriate driver for it to work

i downloaded but wont do nuttin if u have msn my msn is envious_df2@hotmail.com so its easier im goin insane wid out uploading

try downlading “driver magician” this free trial will tell you what drivers you need, then jsut google the drivers. or alternitavely get a driver magician serial number from www.serials.ws and then it will just download them for you

thanx if any1 can check at gateway i dont understand all of it but u can search by serial number on my pc here it is so someone can tell me wat graphic driver i need 0029031403 go here and type it in http://support.mpccorp.com/serial/index.html

yeh i cant find it either, just google the drivers it teklls you to get.
or find another version of driver magician that serials.ws has the key for (simply google driver magician followed by the version number)
