Can anyone point me to a tool that would let me know how many times someone has visited my website? It should show the total number of times a certain IP address has come and snooped around.

Check your HTTP logs for this information.
You can use Google Analytics, its pretty good, just don’t expect my visit to be logged as their perma blocked, lol.
