Virus? Shut Down Computer Button Gone

i recently did a fresh clean in stall of windows xp pro which i have used before i install software whether free or not and after that its gone. i also noticed that i cant see that task manager pressing control alt delete and cant use the regedit. i also used spybot malware bytes etc but down catch anything and i still cant see the shut down computer button. i never had this problem before i have different windows xp cds and still the same i install anything and minutes later its gone.

Format all the partitions. Then install a fresh copy of XP. Then install KIS09 and malware bytes. It will be fine.

im downloading bitdefender now so i should better just download kis09?

No BitDefender is as good as Kaspersky and even better just a bit heavier that Kaspersky

The better way is you just get the bootable antivirus CD which is available on this forum. Use boot the CD and scan all drive they will detect and delete that virus. This is normal virus which i play daily. Recommend use Quick Heal Bootable CD or Kaspersky IS 2009 Bootable CD.

Scan with an antivirus, and also an adware tool like spybot or adaware

i found out what it was..it will be gone ecause i have a 4gb flash drive where i have freeware and shareware software and i installed kis09 and got this pop up..

it said if i wanted deleted it but it said
X Disinfection is not possible
Reason: object not found.
X Cannot be deleted
Reason: object not found.
-> Skip (recommended)
Do not perform any actions
So i skip but its going to be there or i use anything from my flash drive?
