VIPRE Installation Problem!

When starting Vipre antivirus & antispyware installation the following error occurs..

Can anybody tell me Y this is happening??? I run the setup in a other pc & it runs & installs fine..Plz HELP!!!

ur services.msc (some are disabled) is messed up thats why it dont work…
