Freemake video converter can also do that..

A lot of those apps want to convert the output file as well….Which you may not want..
With Avidemux if you select “Copy” for video and “Copy” for audio, then it should very quickly “Save” the part you have selected in the editing screen..
(To get it to output, You go File > Save and pick the folder that you want the output in and give the file a name.)
