Change Windows Sound Settings to “Stereo” as well as set in-game sound setting to “Stereo”.

Try to run the game as Administrator. See if work.

if you are not restricted on bandwith, download the full game and not the rip.
Sometimes “rips’ omit the updating of your system (#1 to #4)
did you do the following:
1-update Directx from Microsoft directly
2-update Microsoft Visual C++ 2010
3-update Microsoft Framework v4
4-go to the manufacture of your laptop and see if you have any video drivers to download

I suggest you to install Origin in your system and try. Who knows if work.
Further, if you attach any controller then disconnect it and run the game.
