Dead Space mouse lag

Hello, i tried to switch off the vsync in the menu… but the mouse is still mega lagging.. if anyone can help me pls :

i was trying searching like this.. no clue
and everyone just telling me to shut off vsync.. but it dont help..

It just sounds like your video card can’t handle the game. When I play Farcry2 , my mouse is a bit laggy too – its because my pc is getting old… Try turning down your display settings (resolution, quality, etc).
