video compression

I’ve some video files that are in the range of 350 mb. I’ve also got some that 99mb. They are all tv show episodes of the same duration. I’d like to make the 350 mb ones into 99mb ones to save disc space. I have had to install the k-lite codec to view the 99mb ones. What proggy do I use to compress these video files?
