[Urgent] sims3 file error

Orite guys it takes me 2 whole day to download the reloaded version and right away while installing it this error came

i already tried it again and again but it comes again..
Any suggestion what to do?
i really want to solve this as i cant download the whole damn game again
any help would be appreciated.
It will be helpful to me if someone can upload this file to me on rapidshare
