URGENT-I can’t login to Windows Server, requires activation

I’m running Windows 2003 SBS under VMWare and after login the activation window pops up and I can’t do anything but activate it over the internet or by phone.
How can I bypass this, I really need to login to Windows Server, please help me WBB!

When you log in and the system asks you to either activate your copy or shutdown, click the OK button to activate your copy of Windows. After the Activate Windows pops up press WINDOWS KEY + U and Narrator window will open. Now click “Microsoft website” and IE will open. Use the IE to browse files and folders and access internet if you want. That’s the easiest way to get access to files such as WGA crack.

i found another way to do this….
boot into safe mode using F8.
this will allow u to normally run the comp in safe mode. then run an old program called WPA_Kill. It’s availalbe at a site called p2plife forums. this is the app that saved me seriously…
