Uploading

January 23rd, 2020

Hello I have premium accounts to hotfile fileserve and rapidshare. I have never uploaded before but have lots of valuable things to share with members. I want to know fastest way to upload to all three of these sites. I do know how to make split archives. Just wondering tricks of the trade to upload to all three at a speedy rate. I know my connection plays a role i have a 50Mb connection from comcast so i should be good to go.

Thank you was wondering if any programs or tips tricks to speed up the upload process. Like programs that can upload to all three sites for me at a faster speed then uploading directly to site.,

are you sure comcast has 50Mb “upload”? I know they have download at that speed. Extreme 50: 50 Mbps/ 10 Mbps
. It is the upload you need to be fast with, not the download speeds.
You need winrar to make the downloaded files
You speed is determined by the hosting service and your upload that you get from your ISP. If you have 10Mb upload, you may or may not get those kind of speeds.
Did you test any file to upload? the test will tell you in general how speedy of a rate you get.

I think there’s a thing called “Remote Upload” which allows you to copy files to a virtual drive on your computer which easily and almost automatically uploads to the file host.

Sorry wasnt clear yes i have extreme 50 50 download 10 upload. How long should say a 100 mb file take at these speeds? And also looking for programs to upload to all 3 at once.
Answer #6
100MB = 800Mb @ 10Mb/s ~= 1.5 minutes, theoretical minimum time. actual time is probably more
Answer #7
Share a fileserve/Rapidshare.. just upload it on any one of the hosts, i’ll copy them to others.

just Rar them up into 100MB parts,
lol @ 100mb parts. This is 2010 most people actually use single links. It’s a lot quicker and easier.

unless you are on a 25KB/s “broadband” connection. Downloading a 400MB+ rar only to find that it is corrupt/not what it is ment to be/taken down half way through is EXTREMELY aggravating
