Unsecure port address?

I surf at my University and the network is kinda secure, I can’t use stuff like torrent,emule and mirc….A month ago, I discovered that TCP port 4662 and UDP port 4672 were unsecure, so I was able use torrent, emule and mirc, now I can’t use them…Can someone pls suggest likely unsecure ports? Thanks

Download net tools from that site and run any one of the port scanners on your own IP.
