Ubuntu MouseTweaks/Simulated Secondary Click for Vista?

Hey, I have Vista installed on a Samsung Q1, and for some reason; right click doesn’t work.
Ubuntu has a feature called MouseTweaks/Simulated Secondary Click, which lets you right click/double click by clicking normally, and I would like to have something similar. If possible, I would like it to sit on the taskbar.
