how to extract these files????

which files buddy……… If the files are .rar file type, you will need winrar to extract it
If the files are .001 file, you will need hjsplit to extract it
If the files are .zip file type, you can just right click and unzip it.
You can get winrar and hjsplit from this site. Just type it in the search box
