Tranferind Win XP enviorment

I have a new 500 gb segate HDD.
I want transfer all my setting of windows ( Theme , installed programs , file asscoataions etc) to the new HDD , how can i do it??
If you mean transferring your windows to run from the new HD….Use Norton Ghost..Then Disk to disk…
