touch sensitive mouse

As i broke all my fingers a mouse click can become very painful.
So looking for a mouse that really is touch sensitive i mean touch not silent click or a mouse that has a click part at the bottom. eg apple mouse been looking for quite a while and wasted a lot of money..

YES i bought one looks brill on paper but really was bad, as in no left click n drag kept losing connection it world have been ideal so im looking for the same sort of thing that actually works.
