Totaly disable avg 2012

totaly disable avg 2012
hi all
i have avg 2012 running
i know you can Temporarily disable the anti virus appz in the 2012 version.
It only lets you Temporarily disable for max of 15 minutes at a time.
Is there any other way to completely disable it until i decide to enable it.
beside me of uninstall the appz or using a sledgehammer on it to disable it. etc…
cause i can’t have the game ( nfs-run ) running while the anti virus 2012 is active.
the game is frozen in time when the anti virus comes back online (active)
wish the avg 2012 had the option like the early versions to totally be disable.
thats the only complaint i have for avg 2012
might have to go back to the older version if i or no one know a way.
so any help or ideas
i would appreciate it

On the minimized icon… when you click on it (right click), select modes, –> Gaming mode –> play game.
Or try disableing that active scan IN THE GAME SECTION – like, folder disable active scan on C:\Program files or Program files (x85)\NFS: The Run\ — this method always works

Uninstall it then, best way to disable it.
Go grab a copy of Kaspersky, ESET or avira
