Toshiba Laptop Recovery

When I turn my laptop on I get stuck on this black screen but I cant get to any other screen options how can I fix this?
I tried the hold 0 thing but that didn’t work it just keeps beeping

Check your post after posting man….
No image so we dont know what black screen. Might have a few words or might have something on it.
