There are no active mixer devices… [solved]

I am trying to open Volume Control because I am not getting sound but I am getting an error and error message is There are no active mixer devices available. To install mixer devices, go to Control Panel, click Printers and Other Hardware, and then click Add Hardware.
I tried to repair the problem by this method, but it didn’t work.
Go to Start –> Run, and type in services.msc.
A window will pop up with a list of services. Scroll down to Windows Audio. Right-click and click on Properties.
Make sure that “Startup type” is set to automatic. Also, make sure, under “Service status,” start is selected. Is there any other way to repair this problem? Thank you for helping me.

First u need to tell are u using Onboard sound or PCI sound card ? and also ur Motherboard model Download Everest Ultimate Edition Ull get ur PC info from there .
