If you wanna save money for better computer parts, get the
NZXT Gamma
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146061
For a little more, with the same features, you can get the
Cooler Master HAF 912
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119233
If you want something with flare, go for the
Cooler Master HAF 922
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119197
If you wanna step up to a Front USB 3 port, get the
Antec Nine Hundred Two V3
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129097
The best by far would probably be the
Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced

It’s fairly noisy so i read.

Do yourself a favour and not buy a noisy case, pc cases can be very noisy, especially cheap ones.
Antec or silverstone i have, and they are very good and quiet.

Sound testing is pretty subjective to the reviewer. If Bit-Tech doesn’t have something like an anechoic chamber I would take it with a grain of salt.
If you want absolute quietness you should just spend a bit more and get something like the Define R3 (SPCR certified).
Here’s a different review of the 400R done by Logan. He’s the best case reviewer out there imo.

bit test cases in a chamber.
Much more exact/scientific than OC3D testing for sure.
Though i do love TTL’s videos.
His name is Tom by the way, Logan is his surname.
